Heartburn

HeartburnHeartburn, indigestion, and “heartburn” are some of the terms used to describe these gastrointestinal disturbances.

Causes

Hyperacidity is caused by an irritation of the stomach or esophagus (the tube that connects the mouth to the stomach). The stomach lining is protected against the effects of gastric juices in the digestive process involved, but some factors such as alcohol, fatty foods, caffeine, certain medications and stress, can destroy this defense. The heartburn discomfort usually associated with power and position of a person, but may also occur with gastro esophageal reflux symptoms.

Some factors may contribute to the problem of acidity, such as overweight and pregnancy. Smokers also have higher chances of developing this disease. (more…)

Doctor Patient Relationship

The server health (the doctor), during medical consultations, a process travels with the patient, which requires:

  • Establish a relationship of trust and confidence with the patient (and their environment as well)
  • Collect information about the patient’s condition using different tools (interview and case history, medical history, physical examination, inter consultation, additional analysis, etc.)

To organize, analyze and synthesize that data (for diagnostic orientation);

  • Design a plan of action based on the previous processes (treatment, counseling, etc.)
  • To inform, educate and treat the patient properly (also implies actions on the environment)
  • Reconsider the plan in light of the progress and expected results as planned (change of treatment, suspension, additional shares, etc.)
  • Provide high when the resolution of the disease (when possible), but tend towards measures to maintain the health status (recovery, aids, hospice, etc.)

All medical consultation should be recorded in a document known as medical records, legal documents, educational, and scientific information, which includes the conduct of the provider. you have to rest more and relagarse.
